Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policies

Our products are one of a kind, handcrafted by artisans and variations are inherent in their creation. These are not flaws but add to their uniqueness.
We have tried to display the colours of the product accurately, but as the resolution and colour composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of products displayed on our website.

We accept returns only when:
The product delivered is damaged or a wrong product has been delivered
• If this is the case please send us a picture of the product to kiran.sachdev@gmail.com within 24 hrs of receiving it. If the item is damaged, we will assess the issue and repair it or if possible replace the item. This is subject to our discretion. Only if we cannot repair or replace the item will we refund the cost of the product.
• The goods returned must be unused and returned in their original packaging with the tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any further loss or damage during transit.
• For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service, and send us the shipping details by email. If a returned item is damaged or lost during return shipping, we will be unable to refund all or some portion of the purchase price.
• After we receive the returned product, our quality team will perform a quality damaged check, subject to your returns having met the above criteria.
• The item must be returned to us within 48 of receiving our reply.

We request you not to accept the goods if they are unsealed or the seal is broken at the time of delivery. This reason will not be accepted for return of goods.
