Chopstick and Rest

DESCRIPTION

These wooden chopsticks and chopstick rest are handmade from Sheesham (Indian rosewood or Dalbergia Sissoo) and Haldu (Haldina Cordifolia). Sheesham has a beautiful, rich colour, which can range from golden brown to dark brown and Haldu goes from yellow to yellow brown. The simple, clean lines of this product are inspired by mid-century modern design and make a strong aesthetic statement. These are made from the off cuts of the wood used to make the salad bowls.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR PRODUCT

Wipe down with a damp cloth using a small amount of soap and warm water. Dry with a clean cloth. If necessary wash with a liquid detergent and a non-abrasive scrubber. Wipe with a cloth and leave to dry completely.

If your product starts looking dull or dried out, wipe over with food-safe oil. Leave for an hour and wipe off any excess oil. This will bring back the colour and lustre of your wooden product.
